The same thing happened when the Wild Turkey Barrel Warehouse burned down. The stuff in the barrel is usually stronger than 100 proof.
But at least the fish died happy ;^)>

Don't mourn the loss of the fish, mourn the loss of the Beam!

Don't worry about a bourbon shortage. I think every town in Kentucky is trying to build a distillery. There are at least 3 times the number of legal distillers in Kentucky as there was 15 years ago. The majority of it is pretty decent.

CPT Lawrence Cable - I'm not a fan of Bourbon; to me it tastes like gasoline. I'll take Pendleton, 15yr old Wild Turkey, Crown or Chivas any day.

PO1 John Johnson - The advantage of bourbon over scotch is that there are perfectly drinkable moderate priced bourbons, some even on the "Cheap" side. Never had a cheap scotch that didn't taste like kerosene. Of course, Gin is worse.
Try Bulleit Bourbon. A wheat bourbon (still has to be at least 51 percent corn) without that "hot" taste of the Rye bourbons.

MAJ Eugene Chu - I am aware of that. 15yr old Wild Turkey (aged in barrel) is as smooth as satin sheets!
