I grew up in Norfolk. It wouldn't bother me if the whole city sunk. Ships floats. What's the problem? The city of Norfolk wants more navy personnel as well as the rest of Hampton Roads.There needs to be a naval presence in the Arctic. There is plenty of water all the way up the bay and beyond. Yes, I was a Navy Brat. It flooded damn near every fall since I can remember in 1954 up until I left home for the Army.
