Good Morning RP!!! Maybe I have been off too long. My brain is not quite processing this, however, Im going to try to sum up what I understand it to be and Please chime in if I get it wrong....
Are they saying telemarketers called the elderly and offered them a DNA test to determine if they were predisposed to a(any) medical issues that may be(come) a concern down the road? Were these people working for Medicare? If not, how did they charge Medicare if they werent an actual business...(i know its doable). I understand scams and schemes. I dont understand how they got away with this.

Sorry for being slow this morning.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Ah ok so its much like the other scams that target the elderly. I have gotten several calls from the IRS scammers. After they left a message saying they were coming to get me and put me in jail, I answered the next call and let them have it. Unbeknownst to them, my ex-husband works for the IRS, so I called him ans said when yall start calling people? LOL, of course after I told them to send the IRS supervisor to my house when they come to get me they stopped calling. Those damn scammers need to get a job and stop living on the back of others illegally, unethically and immorally.

They are scam artists and with today’s technology, they are able to perpetuate these crimes while not even in the USA!
