Marines Can Now Use Umbrellas Instead of Just Holding them Up for Presidents

Right, I can see a platoon of Marines marching with their umbrellas. The Marines will need to create a drill manual for them too, port umbrella's, right shoulder umbrellas, inspection umbrellas.

This is more pentagon officer fuckery designed by the softies to make the Marines look lame.

I doubt any of them will actually use one, but I guess its nice to have the option.
