Christmas 2019 ... Two years ago, Alan K., SP5 Mark Kuzinski and I began posting a song each night as a build up to the holiday. And so we begin again this year. How many remember when Kenny Rodgers still looked like Kenny Rodgers? Here's hoping that you too will be home soon, if you aren't already there.

LOVE THIS SONG!!! First time I heard it was 1998! It was the closing song for the Christmas Program at the Base Theater at MCB Camp LeJeune. My Play Morning Pixies made their debut performance to “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”! My friend ( DOD Special Ed/Perfoming Arts) choreographed the entire show composed of acts from Base and the Community. Forty-five minutes start to finish. This song was the closing number and All the Acts came down the ailes singing this song. My kids entered stage right and we sat in front row. Santa came up from the Orchestra Pit! It was AMAZING and received a Standing Ovation! I have the CD and play it EVERY Christmas!!! Thank you Maj William W. “Bill” Price for bringing me a little Christmas before Thanksgiving! I replayed this song share three times while fixing dinner! My dog thinks I’m crazy because I was singing and dancing around the kitchen to this song!!! Great Song and Awesome Memories! I have the whole )45 minute) show on VHS!
