Never touched the stuff, never will touch the stuff, but no one should be in jail for it.

Possession or use of marijuana in Florida tenders a person ineligible to buy or own firearms, and automatically disqualifies them from a CCW. If marijuana is federally decriminalized, a LOT of laws will have to be invalidated.
