Melania was quick when someone said something about her kid, even if it wasn't even an insult. She once again shows her lack of empathy or morals when her husband turns his ire on someone else's child. She and her husband really only give a rat's buttocks about their own family.

Greta is a puppet because there was a video I saw where did not have much to say because she wasn't in front of a teleprompter. Her parents are the ones making her be the new poster child if eco-communism. She is now a public figure as well.

LTC (Join to see) As I pointed out elsewhere in this thread, those who don’t want to face her arguments will be willing to say or believe anything so they can feel justified in ignoring them. We’ve heard this all before, the playbook was the same with the Parkland kids.
Of course she doesn’t have much to say without prepared statements. She has aspergers. But It’s easier to question her and attack her than to challenge your own ideas.

SPC Kevin Ford I put critical thinking in being against her parents who put her up to this. And....
1. I am not going to take a sailing ship to see my Mother in the highlands of Honduras near El Salvador and Guatemala. Greta's ship is made with oil-based laminates and polymers.
2. I am not going to by a Prius or a more expensive hybrid vehicle anytime soon. My Chrysler Pacifica has auto shut-off at intersections and gets 30 mpg. I do my part!
3. Her Socialist parents should be in jail. She should get her education in Environmental science. She is the whiner of Eco-communism like Eminem is the whining beyatch of Rap.
4. I live in a part of Canada that has the 4th largest oil reserve in the world yet the Trudeau's environmental zealots want the profits of Alberta but not allowing them pipelines to ship the oil and no oil tankers above 12,500 tons can ship oil out of Vancouver due a new tanker ban just approved. No wonder Alberta lost 80k energy jobs over the years. Some are price related but much is due to lack of ability to get oil to markets. Alberta now has rumblings to secede from Canada. 3 provinces are fighting the carbon tax in the Canadian Supreme court. Last year in December, 2018 I was paying $25-$35 a month on carbon taxes on my heating ( it is -16C/ 0F outside) and 25 cents a gallon on fuel toward golf delta Carbon taxes. The Progressive media and oil companies in the USA are constantly advertising that it is a GOOD thing and you get it all back on your income taxes. LIES ALL LIES!! Not so, British Columbia keeps ALL the money and Alberta says I make too much at UPS to qualify for a $700 rebate. It is a tax and spend scam!! Buddy, Canada is the test bed of bad AOC and Progressive Ideas. I paid for it until a new Conservative Governor came in last May and killed the carbon tax and I am so relieved!!. I have put a lot of thought into this. I am always posting Alberta's fight against Canada's Greta -leaning zealot Government.
I am the Canary in the coal mine here in Canada warning to be on the lookout for people like you who will do anything to stop the oil and energy industries. Canada has its partial Green New Deal in place here in Alberta and while the USA has 4% unemployment and Canada has 5.8% unemployment, Alberta has 7% unemployment partly due to Eco-Communism and the Schizophrenic policies of Canada's Trudeau Government against the oil sands and now LNG production.
Also, AOC and others worry about 12 years....I am worried what could happen if...
1. Iran gets an A-bomb and attacks Israel.
2. Iran starts a war in Iraq with the USA.
3. India and Pakistan have a nuke exchange.
4. China starts a war with Japan, Taiwan, Philippines over South China sea and we intervene.
5. North Korea nuclear threats.
A limited nuclear war will lower temperatures, cause famine, ruin ozone layer, destroy much of the growing season for over 20 years. All the environmentalists will go insane and some will commit suicide because many are not sober. Focusing on a 20 year maybe but missing the war nobody saw coming. I live in Alberta and oil is king!

SPC Kevin Ford - Are you a parent? Have you never corrected your kids with sardonic humor? I distinctly remember, as a adolescent male, being called "Dumbass" by my father. Outrageous conduct is supposed to be met with proportionate consequences. Perhaps if Donald Trump had received some negative social consequences early on he wouldn't be the carnival barker jackass he is today. You don't correct children with cotton candy and hugs.
No, Trump was NOT trying to help her. THAT ISN"T HIS JOB. Her parents failed her and the Thunberg apologists fail to acknowledge that. If her parents are so naïve that they do not realize the social risks they put on their daughter, they are unfit parents.
When I see a kid not related to me, acting out in a store, and parents doing nothing about it. I don't coddle the kid or the parents. I tell them straight up that their child's public conduct is unacceptable and their parenting skills are lacking. And when I see a parent deal with an acting out child in a firm decisive manner, I'm just as free with my complements. The Dr. Spock nonsense has left us with a lot of self-entitled, self-important jackasses. Embarrassment is actually a useful social tool.

MSgt (Join to see) - I know it is "Hollywood" but I remember a scene from a Paul Hogan movie. A guy in a wheelchair is in a bar and behaving as a belligerent drunken ass. Paul Hogan calls him on it. So the guy says if he wasn't confined to a chair, he'd kick Hogan's ass. So Hogan pulls up a chair sits knee to knee with the ass and they fight. Hogan knocks him out cold. When the guy comes to, he thanks Hogan for seeing him as a ass first and disabled second. That changed me.
I have a friend with MS, when he gets to drinking, he gets wrapped up in his problems and treats everyone in earshot badly. I show him no mercy because of his MS. When he sobers up, he thanks me for respecting him enough to call him out. Miss Thunberg should be identified by her conduct, NOT her disability.

Miss Thunberg should have been mocked. Mocking is a negative reinforcement behavioral modification tool. She should not be on the international stage until she has the grace, dignity, and maturity to handle the bully pulpit. Unfortunately she appears to be too far down the road she is on. I suspect that she will still be an activist 30 years from now, but probably handle it better, because she will have realized that an emotional tirade damages her message, and closes minds she desperately wants to open.

Weak to consider that true bullying. Bullying is when a kids kicks another's butt everyday and steals his lunch money. A stupid tweet is not bullying. It is him insulting her. He insults a shit ton of people. Insults are not necessarily bullying. The term bullying is over used lately. Just because someone insulted you and hurt your feelings doesn’t make it bullying. Now if it happens repeatedly over time it can become actual bullying.
