For those who are not familiar with the Bataan Death March. 75,000 Americans and Filipinos surrendered to the Japanese early in the Pacific War. They were marched 60 miles (if my memory is correct) to POW camps. The Philippines is a hot and humid place. The temperatures are often in the 90s with 90% humidity. Prisoners were afforded no food and water. Those who could not keep up with the march were bayonetted. Some went crazy and jumped into putrid swamps to drink the water which proved fatal.

We need forces there. The administration should say if you fire on any ships, we will treat you like pirates and kill every one of you.
