Words I heard: Trampled Constitution, Capitulation, Republican Party lead by President Trump by the nose around the Constitution to keep their jobs, Corrupt President, Abuse of Power, Senate worried about Re-election, Facts be damned, John Bolton did not testify when he should have.....

If you are not happy, If you think the President got a hall pass....then Vote for change in November!!

Some in the Democratic Party discussed or threatened impeaching him way before the Ukraine phone call...9 Months to go before the next election. tick, tick, tick....

History will remember this moment correctly: That Trump's did absolutely nothing wrong. That the Dems have been talking about impeaching and trying to remove Trump from office since before he even took office. That the House Dems ran a baseless, sham, kangaroo court of an impeachment inquiry and then delivered baseless articles of impeachment to the Senate. That the House Dems, whose job it was to conduct the investigation phase of the impeachment and had the opportunity to subpoena whatever witnesses they wanted to hear, chose not to subpoena certain witnesses, refused to allow House Republicans to subpoena or call any witnesses, and are now facetiously claiming the Senate is wrong for not allowing those witnesses to be called during the Senate impeachment trial. That the Senate Republicans gave the House Dems the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to present their case, which turned out to be nothing but the same old baseless allegations.

Cpl Mark McMiller - you made an assertion that was demonstrably wrong and I called you on it. I have made no predictions on the election.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Demonstrably wrong? You haven't demonstrated anything. Trump, in the middle of his impeachment, has a higher approval rating than Obama had at this point in his Presidency. Our economy is thriving with historically high GDP, favorable foreign trade deals, and historically low unemployment because of Trump. You really are blinded by your hatred of Trump.

Cpl Mark McMiller - you stated that a majority of Americans supported Trump, which was Demonstrably wrong. Do you not understand what that phrase means? The first effort you made was to say that 49% was "close enough"--but it's not a majority. You then based it on the number of actual voters, apparently forgetting that Trump lost the popular vote.

Had you merely commented on his approval rating, I wouldn't have said anything, because that statement would have been factual (well, sort of).

Capt Gregory Prickett - No. I said, "At least half the country -- and I'll bet it's actually much higher than that -- knows this impeachment to be the sham that it is." You're the one who said that's not true because he had yet to get 50% approval rating. And then the article came out showing Trump's approval rating at 49%. Gallup had him at 49% with a sample size of 1,014 adults. Rasmussen had him at 50% with a sample size of 1500 likely voters. Polling indicates you are wrong.
