Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs I love the topic. As counselor, I deal with this all the time. Sometimes it is an issue of getting someone to look at something a bit differently and sometimes it is getting two people to understand that neither is wrong, they are just looking at it from their own perspective. If you want to see something different, change your lens, change your experience or see it from someone else's point of view.
