I would rather see temp.Halt if movement, until that virus is controlled,stopped, dealt with.

It has to be controlled, That all !I do not assume they are doing it to harass them, but with what rights. They have to spread it,AndvTheir rights do carry with it to be responsible for their actions, so there is restrictions that need to be impose so you the virus do not murder off the planet.

Plus with the virus reaching the USA ,Bottom line no one has the right to inflict murderous viruses on to anyone, Just like history marked how Saddam Houssein used I believe mustard gas’s on some people, There too it is not right. It need to be realized that bad people, careless customs too try to set its wrong to violate their rights while all the long it’s not their goal to protect rights but to bring in the murderius viruses
