Trump administration still wants to cut food stamps

There is a simple solution - legislation.
All these continuing resolutions put too much control in the hands of the Executive Branch.
Should be easy enough to put it in one of these multi-trillion dollar relief bills.
Problem solved.

It really frosts me every time someone uses their Quest card (Wisconsin Food Share card) to purchase soft drinks and candy.
