Disney had become way overcrowed through the years. Perhaps the quality of the experience will improve if they restrict numbers allowed in the park(s).

I'll agree with that, actually I think they should go back to the days where you purchased ticket books for rides to control lines. It's a lot easier to control crowds by limiting the number of tickets sold.
