The bottom line is the Democrats, if I heard correctly, would not work with others in debate and proposing amendments; they just quit and walked away. In my opinion they are trying to hold on to this argument and use it in the presidential election to their advantage, hoping people forget its they who walked away from the table. No honest debate, destroy your political enemies at any cost, even if it’s your constituents. MHO
