PO1 Tony Holland I'd Love to See the Report from NCIS (I used to Handle the NCIS Debriefs on These) Was He Recruited by a "Swallow" or Was It Purely Monetary (Capitalism at it's Finest/Worst). Both are Favorites of the Russians.

They did make for interesting reading. The NIS/NCIS in Subic Bay was very busy while i was there. That place made Americans lose their minds...lol
