The prison is within its rights. If an inmate gets an outside doctor to prescribe oxy, the prison isn't going to fill it or allow it to be filled from the outside. They have the right to deny off-label use of medicines.

For Grumpy Cat Steve McFarland. Not that I'm liberal, but to answer your question, I've taken the same approach when Democratic congress critters have been promoting HCQ. Snake oil is snake oil, regardless of who sells it.
