I find that those who most believe conspiracy theories about the other side are also most likely to commit the acts they accuse the other side of doing. They figure, if they are doing it why shouldn't I? Time and time again they get caught and find out exactly why what they believed wasn't well grounded in reality (not that they would ever admit it).

And people signing Mickey Mouse to invalidate something or to get rid of a nuisance is nothing new.
