Do you have any evidence that his campaign charged above the going rate?
If we don't want career politician's and we want a country that allows free enterprises, capitalism, and entrepreneurism; you are going to get people who have business connections/empires. Come back when you can show his campaign paid more than the market rate. This is FAUX corruption.
I've heard anti-corporatists bemoan executives from the oil industry serving in the Department of Energy. Maybe we should let people with degrees in women's studies run the Department of Energy. People with degrees in Greek literature and two decades of teaching the same in academia run the Federal reserve. Or maybe we can let art history majors run the EPA?
