Car Rams Into Black Lives Matter Protesters In New York City's Times Square

Another car rams into peaceful protesters, apparently no reason for him to do so other than anger over being inconvenienced.
Adding a second story on this from a FoxNews affiliate that has more information:
"According to police, the car was earlier at a pro-Trump rally near Duffy Square. Officers had asked the driver to move the car through a route under the Marriot Hotel to avoid conflict with the protesters. The driver ignored the suggestion and drove into the crowd."

Considering the plate number is clear enough on the video, if what FoxNews reports is true, the driver of the vehicle is in big, big trouble.

For Lt Col Brown: Last time I checked, intentionally driving into a crowd was aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Last time I checked, Times Square was open to everybody and traffic slowed and monitored. This guy was a predator and did not listen to the cops.

1) The road was completely blocked by the protesters, they weren't allowing vehicles through. In other words, the crowd didn't allow Times Square to be open to everyone
2) The police made a guess that the driver came from the Trump rally, they don't know that for sure
3) The police haven't even identified the driver, there is no way to show they are a "predator"
