Trumps problem is he is a consummate risk taker. It is a statistical fact that the more risk is taken, the greater the probability of failure.

SFC William Farrell - In the military we tell folks to absorb the traits of good leaders. On the flip side are bad leaders which are still bad examples for lessons to be learned. Trump is a bad leader and a bad example.
I recall having a conversation with my brigade commander about consummate risk takers. He said they are dangerous because they will fail often and burn others in the process. That is Trump. The pandemic showed he took risks without a rational basis. That is the worst form of risk taking.
