Their next play will be when they open it up for a full Senate vote and the Democrats boycott. They need to Democrats to be present in order to have a quorum.

SSG Robert Ricci - 51 is a quorum for a Senate vote established by Harry Reid to eliminate fillibusters. Not sure if it applies to Supreme Court Justices but easy for Sen McConnell via a flick of a pen to extend it to Supreme Court Justices. So they do not need Democrats for the confirmation vote.
