The media and Joe Biden can’t just call the Election a win for himself. So until all the lawsuits are settled. President Trump is still the President and will remain the President until January 20, 2021. If no winner has been decided upon by then, Then and only then will the Courts or the New Speaker of the House assume the Presidency role until the decision has been made on who won the Election.
