MAJ Bryan Zeski - A 2 star got demoted to LTC for an affair and "swinger" lifestyle in 2016 (I Googled can a general be demoted to E1 and that came up).
I'm not saying he couldn't be demoted. I just don't think O's can be demoted to E's.

August 2018 is when this incident is alleged to have occurred...it took them 2 years to get anything filed against him?
I guarantee he gets acquitted. Wouldn't surprise me if he did.
