Thank you, CB. This generated a question: Is there such a thing as having too much support and therapy?

No, I don't think so as long as the person or people you are working with understand the difference between those and dependency. I work to help my clients become and maintain independence

Lt Col Charlie Brown - I was about to give a similar response. Also, some people can get overwhelmed with too much information. Information overload is not good if you simply get the information and don't put it to use. This is what makes the information useless.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - I asked this because I am currently working with 2 different therapists and I've told both what I am doing, and amazingly enough, it's helping, along with my participation here at Rally Point. Thank you, CB.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - That word "Dependency" is what was a concern for me, and it was good that I changed therapists when I did.
