There is nothing in Mr. Rahuba's initial tweet [pictured in your link] that clearly shows it is an obvious prank.

The there is no antifa leader is a specious argument. Ther may not be permanent structure, but if Bob [antifa] stands in a room full of antifa's and says
"Let's get some coffee and donutz. Joe you collect $2 from everybody. Mike, can you please drive Joe to Dunkin Donutz. And Sara, can you freeze some water bottles so we can throw them at cops?"
Bob is the de fact leader of the coffee and donut evolution.
