Got a chuckle on this one. I guess she thinks, if it only fires once every 15 seconds or so, She's good with it. And, that pesky second clause, "... the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.", I reckon that don't mean diddley to Her. Whoever staged that accompanying photo, I have grave doubts there also.

How did the author come up with this nonsense:

Talk about "conflation". We are first told that the principle of the 2nd Amendment regarding the right of the ordinary citizen to be armed with the same sort of infantry rifle as a modern soldier was not intended (I suppose MILLER 1939 should be thrown out in its entirety).
Then we are presented with a litany of other weapons, the possession of which is a power reserved for the government, but coveted by "assault rifle proponents". Quite a leap.

By her own expressed principles on the 2nd Amendment, she should be limited in publishing her 1st Amendment protected opinion to the communication technology of 1791. That would be the megaphone or the hand-operated printing press.
