The Japanese had no chance against us as we sunk all their aircraft carriers by the end of the war. We had 27. The Japanese army had a pissing contest with the navy and won. The army wanted to occupy lots of countries and islands.

As we started to attrit the Japanese navy their ability to supply their spread out army became impossible for some locations. We eventually started to take back countries and island. It was a methodical plan to get closer to Japan in order to bomb her. The Japanese had no chance against us. Our industrial strength was so immense that we had 600 war ships in the Battle of the Philippine Sea. Lastly I want to illuminate the bravery and sacrifice of the sailors. Sometimes hundreds of sailors died with their sinking ships. The navy lost more sailors than marines. The vast pacific area is a burial ground for tens and thousands of sailors. Their bravery and sacrifices, let’s say, were immense.
