Odd how McConnell can say that, while still voting for acquittal. He wants to have it both ways. He wants to publicly rebuke Trump, but not vote against Trump. So, it's all empty rhetoric. He's all talk and no action.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - Just like every other impeachment, just like the Republicans made pretty much everything in the Senate partisan for years, and when they controlled the House, etc. Welcome to Washington.
The facts of the case were obvious and public. There wasn't much of a case for them to put on. Let's not pretend that the Republicans didn't vote for impeachment based on some lack of knowing the facts of the case. McConnell made it very clear he thought the facts of the case were that Trump did it and that it was a dereliction of duty at least. He found a procedural out of a difficult political vote, that has nothing to do with the case the Democrats brought, and said as much.

MSG Joseph Cristofaro - None of which resulted in an insurrection to attempt to overthrow the government.

LTC Kevin B. - Agreed. They do have a slight left bias. I mostly listen to them for factual reporting. Humans in general will always has some bias, because we're human. That's why I put a premium of factual reporting and take any possible bias into account.

SPC Kevin Ford - NPR and BBC are two sources that I prefer. WSJ too, but not the editorial page.
