The vid is CCTV and bodycam recordings of an incident in which the police end up shooting a bad guy that has already fired upon some other people killing one of the victims. It is purported to be the incident that started the problems in the NW US last spring. Near the end of the recording the perp clearly raises His gun to point at officers.

What a sick and twisted man. This past year is the main reason my wife, son and I are now CCW carrying. No matter how much help there is, in the moment it is all too far away.
