The three-judge panel that ruled that the ban is unconstitutional got it right because it is consistent with Heller v DC. Hopefully, the en banc review will reach the same conclusion. If not, it's headed for SCOTUS.

And they're leaving there and moving to.other red states! Big problem they're trying to change these states to what they left!
