Thank you my friend COL Mikel J. Burroughs for making us aware that Reiki Master Kirk Poe will be hosting the Warriors for Life (WFL) Virtual Group Support Community Services Monday evening on March 8, 2021.
"Bounce a Coin" is an interesting focus. Bouncing a coin on a bed indicated tautness. Placing a firm underlayer below the blanket could be an aide as long as the substance did not generate a sound - since blankets don't 'ping'. :-)
Bouncing a coin on emotional baggage is an interesting metaphor - bitcoins could well be used.
