Dr Fauci fact-checks Rand Paul as he spews misinformation about Covid

Dr Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease expert and a close adviser to President Joe Biden on the coronavirus pandemic, was forced to fact-check Senator Rand Paul once again.
The two have previously clashed in heated exchanges during congressional hearings on the Covid-19 crisis, as Mr Paul frequently promotes misinformation and outright falsities about the pandemic.
On Thursday, they were at it again as Dr Fauci called the senator out for what he described as “theater” over his objection to wearing face masks.
The senator appeared to suggest wearing masks was no longer necessary after getting the vaccine, despite recommendations urging Americans to continue following public health measures throughout the rollout, at one point asking the epidemiologist: “If we’re not spreading the infection, isn’t it just theater? You have the vaccine and you’re wearing two masks, isn’t that theater?”

That butt whipping he got from his neighbor must have caused some serious brain damage. Don't get me wrong he wasn't the brightest bulb in the string of lights to start with but whatever was there is now dimmer.

Dr. Fauci should have asked Sen. Paul if he was done being ignorant he would like to make a statement.

Sen. Paul is a Dentist (one of my errors today. As CSM Hayden stated he is an Ophthalmologist not a Dentist.) Lots of knowledge needed to be a Dentist (Ophthalmologist) but not enough to become as knowledgeable as an MD and certainly not enough as an epidemiologist.
