Florida House prepares to vote on ‘anti-rioting’ bill

My Opinion:
I don't like this legislation. There are laws in place to deal with violence in public that were not enforced last year for some reason. Who gets to make the "Riot" call? It goes against the 1st Amendment "...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,...". What changes will it make in the LEO's response? This one's just eye candy.
