Giffords Law Center's Annual Gun Law Scorecard

It's always nice to see how studies like this one, don't care about violent crime at all, just gun deaths.
If one were to look at the CDC statistics, you can see that lawful gun owners save more lives than criminals are able to kill using guns.
But an irrational hatred for America and its Heritage is not bound be scientific facts.

I read the 'report' - They didn't do a population per comparison. The "A+" rating is based solely on the gun restrictions, not the number of deaths per population + they failed to list the rate of crimes committed by robbery, assault and murders. There was no raw date sources provided. Talk about cherry-picking your statistics. This is blatant propaganda.
Giffords is a research organization focused on promoting gun control. The organization has three parts: a 501(c)(4) lobbying arm, a 501(c)(3) research arm, and a super PAC. It was previously known in a different configuration as Americans for Responsible Solutions.
BACKGROUND:
Giffords is led by former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, an American politician and gun control advocate. On January 8, 2011, while hosting a “Congress on Your Corner” meeting with constituents in the parking lot of a supermarket in Tucson, AZ she was the target of an assassination attempt, much like President Ronald Reagan's.
Jared Lee Loughner, one of her constituents had passed the required background checks despite having a history of drug abuse. He had numerous arrests for abuse of alcohol and other drugs, including cannabis (marijuana), cocaine, psychedelic mushrooms, LSD, and other hallucinogens.
Something tells me more Gun Control Laws will be just as ineffective as they were prior to Congresswoman Gifford's regrettable shooting by Loughner.

Well, SGT (Join to see), I’m only sorry that the great state of Tennessee didn’t score lower! Governor Bill Lee (an Auburn graduate, by the way) is doing a better job than most governors regarding second amendment rights, so we simply need to give him another term to finish the job! I’ve had the opportunity to meet him. He’s an unassuming man and not filled with self importance.
