This is one of those silent protests, Lt Col Charlie Brown, that succeeded in getting people's attention... Yep, there were costs associated, and the price was paid by the fan who dropped the banner over the wall... He was ejected! That said, his point was made, some liked it, some did not, but in my view He was expressing his First Amendment rights... Park policy be d@mn3d...

Private companies that pay taxes or take tax incentives to operate in the United States have an obligation to be good stewards of the laws that manage the United States including the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights are unalienable, meaning... "not transferable to another or not capable of being taken away or denied"
Anyone who believes that "private" companies can take away our sovereign, unalienable rights clearly does not understand the language of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Cpl (Join to see) Seems to me that companies which are forced to allow people to hang political flags at their events should also be forced to allow players to kneel at the anthem then, right? And if someone wants to hang a giant “Vote Biden” sign off the company’s building, then the company should be forced to allow it?
Here the company has a policy that says no flags allowed. It’s their building. It’s their game. Why should they be forced to allow people to make their building into a platform for any speech? 1st Amendment is only about government regulation of speech, not private

If they are going to let the players practice their first amendment rights, it's hypocritical to remove that right from the fans. And the fans, like myself, have a right to stop supporting those activities.
