I am no sailor but I assume the support and logistics needs will go up tremendously. We need more ports and bays.

Vietnam is offering facilities and they have some very good ports.

I am no naval expert, but I would imagine it would be prudent to have naval bases at various places in the Pacific Ocean region. We need bases that are relatively safe due to distance from the Chinese military.

The stupid Australians sold a 99 year lease to China for the Port of Darwin. Australia terminated the lease recently. I think they realized the stupidity of inviting a potential adversary into their country. I was super pissed about the lease because I felt it made it more difficult for the US Navy to defend the Pacific Ocean region and the many seas. SGT (Join to see)

MAJ Ken Landgren - That place is currently run by a nut-bag and is far too unstable, anyplace with police death squads endorsed by the govement is a place to avoid
