And we mere mortals believe we can control climates, despite the many extremes long on our planet long before we existed.

I have one thought here.

What if your kid made a mess of his room and you said clean it and he said well! No Way I am not in-control of this mess! It is the Universes Fault!

So why are their any regulations on gas cars emissions at all? I mean why do we have catalytic converters?

I say take them off and let that black or white smoke come out that combustion engine and get real close as the smell and the fumes are not toxic

Humans have no control and the mess they make is the universes fault!!!!!!

Spot on MCPO Roger Collins - when in history as the earth NOT had "climate change?" It is what it is, and yes ... some regulations are appropriate. I can remember riding to the steel mill where my Dad worked, and the headlights had to be on in the middle of the day. In that respect, the EPA regulations were appropriate; but today, some of there regulations for air quality and particulates can't even be measured because equipment to do so doesn't exist. Today's air is FAR better than in the past and if we want to improve air quality, then the Chinese and Indians need to implement some controls. It shouldn't be done at the expense of America which is exactly what the climate accords Biden is putting us back into will do.
Meanwhile, China and Russia are laughing at our ever more deteriorating industrial base. Today, we would never be able to produce tanks or aircraft like we did in WW2 because our industrial base is miniscule.
