This article should be about 6 or 7 years old because I remember hearing about some culinary archeologists, boy that must be a weird study field, post some papers on it that far back. They found a couple of sealed amphora that the liquid had dried out of. But yup, I got Norwegians by me so I know all about Lutefisk :-(, Sir.

They have fermented fish in the Philippines and smell like hell. Sometimes they put it on green mangos and often on rice.
