In direct opposition to PLCCA. These types of cases get thrown out normally at the 1st hearing. I hope the people bringing the suit have to repay the company for wasting everyone's time.

The precedent making THIS possible is the litigation that was weaponized versus the tobacco industry. Gunmakers now are where tobacco companies were a couple decades ago, with a gigantic target on their foreheads.

Obviously that judge knows nothing about firearms, particularly the AR-15. Unfortunately we also have some ignorant leftists on RP who insist on spouting BULLSHIT.
