PO1 William "Chip" Nagel here in NC this issue has become divisive, in some of the applications and situations. Non-transgender people are having their rights and beliefs trampled.

SSgt Addy R. stay off my strings!!! If I wanted to look at or have my grand girls look at women breasts and male penises in a freaking dress I would take them to the circus, not to their schools, clubs, picnics, shower rooms. This is a non transgender right that that is being tramped. And second you invite nontrans believers and they get kicked off RP, again tramping the right for someone nontransgender accepting to hate the sight of you.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel ....The signing of HB1182 made Tennessee the first state in the U.S. to mandate public notices for facilities that are transgender inclusive, and the legislation is being challenged in court as unconstitutional under the First Amendment. The injunction is just an early piece of the legal challenge.

According to the measure, the sign is required to meet several specifications concerning its location and appearance, and the text of the sign must read: “This facility maintains a policy of allowing the use of restrooms by either biological sex, regardless of the designation on the restroom.”....
