A claim by a Republican business. No evidence, just a claim. I researched Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and found nothing about him or his business to reflect any "expertise" in voting.
Show me the proof. Better yet, show the courts.

I don't know if it is true or not. I do know that prior to the election, there were numerous articles, ads, social media blitzes, for anyone who could vote Democrat to go to Georgia and place a vote. This included statements that a person could move there just long enough to register and vote before moving away.

MSG (Join to see) - I have no problem with this from your article:
"A spokesman for the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, which oversees voter registrations, declined to comment on how quickly someone could establish legal residency in Georgia, but cited state law that it is a felony to vote in Georgia elections if you are not a legal resident or if you are residing in the state briefly with the intention just to vote and then move away."

Have they found any violators? Charged them?

MSG Stan Hutchison -
To my knowledge, they haven't been looking for them.
There have been stories of people arrested for voting illegally even when they are prohibited from voting. This happens more frequently when passions are high and various medias are urging everyone to vote such as the 2016, 2018, and 2020 elections.
One case was announced last week of a man interviewed who stated he had been in line for 16 hours to vote. It turned out he was a convicted felon who could not legally vote.

If as the original story stated, that there were people who were registered in Georgia but moved away, it is easily conceivable that they came back to the State long enough to vote. There are no Nation wide Electoral rolls to check whether or not someone has voted in multiple States. People can and do vote in multiple States, particularly if they have multiple homes in different States or are registered in multiple States.
