Join Volunteer and Veteran SFC Rick Williamson who is filling in for COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs for Warriors for Life (WFL) Online Peer Support Group this Saturday, 11 September 2021, where “Sharing is Caring!”

Get connected, get involved, with Veterans, Service Members, First Responders, Military Families/Spouses, and Caretakers/Caregivers every Saturday Night!
Saturday’s Topic: "Setting SMART Goals!"
When creating a plan for your health, you will need to assess each area of your life to determine what your goals are. Saturday Rick will discuss setting SMART Goals for your wellness plan that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely.
Tune in Saturday with the SFC Rick Williamson and let’s have a discussion around the importance of "Setting SMART Goals!"

Sgt (Join to see) - It's going to be a busy week at our Veteran's park, starting today as they remember Sept 11, 2001. I'm sitting here, not feeling well enough to leave the house. I wish they would stream it on Youtube.
