If we tax the Ritch all the Ritch well do is pass it back on to us the consumers the Ritch have never lost money and they never weel Again common scene.

The fairest way is to change the TAX rate to have a flat tax rate across the board of 15% for the poor and the Ritch. no questions asked then we would all pay the same including all BIG Companys. But that would be too simple. then we wouldn't need 87k new IRS workers.
