73-Year-Old Fayetteville Man Sentenced to 5 Years of Probation for Obtaining Almost $1M in VA...

My husband showed me that story the other day (we are both Army retirees) and I went on a 20 minute tirade about this dirtbag. I was punching him in his throat in my mind's eye. Boo-fucking-hoo you lost your beach house a couple of years ago you POS fraud. I am still mad about this.

My father-in-law, who is 86 and retired from the Army, had to fight for years to get his 100%. He had joined when he was just 15 and was a paratrooper so he had a lot of wear and tare on his developing body that has reared its ugly head through the years. Never once has he been able to get his house modified or any other assistance that this guy has received. He has been taken care of, but nothing is ever offered. It seems to always be a struggle to get something done and it is because of jerks like this that has made it more difficult for those that really need it. I am livid at this person. I can't even call him a Soldier or Veteran because a real Soldier or Veteran would never butt-fuck another Service Member like this guy did.
My husband's knee is tore up from his time in the Army, but because he either didn't go to sick call or the medics didn't document it he is SOL and only has a 10% rating even though at times he can barely walk and this a-hole had a beach house. WTF. Piece of garbage.
