I'm not 100% on this, but just off the top of my head, I don't think IL has the standing to walk over the 1st Amendment like that.

What do you mean 'walk over the 1A?" The law cited in the article wasn't intended to be used to get around a public health response to a pandemic.
Why do you guys want to be victims so badly? It's so strange that you all want to be oppressed so much.

I see it as the opposite. You are cheering along the government taking more control over your life and removing choices. You are encouraging opression. First it was 2 shots, now its 3, soon it is going to be 4. I would be willing to bet they will keep this up for as long as they can. Keep in mind its now mandatory for employment just about everywhere and this "free" shot is paid for by your tax dollars.
I have filed for religious exemption with both the Army and my civilian employer. The totality of the vaccine and mandate create the Mark of the Beast. You cannot be employed with out a vaccine and showing proof of it. Now there are an increasing number of places that will not allow you to enter without proof of vaccination. So in effect, you cannot buy or sell with out this vaccine and pass combo.
