LTC (Join to see) I was going to post this earlier... so here is a remark at the end of the article.

"Bubbles30566
The University of PA just released a study saying that 30% of the tested deer population in Iowa has shown positive for Covid-19. If the virus has found a place for itself in a non-human population it will mutate further and keep coming back. Much like the flu. Also, remember that the pandemic of 1918 lasted four years. First documented case was found in late 1917 and the last documented case was in 1921."

Did any of you lay people actually read the opinion? LTC (Join to see), did you? Or SGT (Join to see), did you?

It's not as good as you think it is, it flat out states that vaccines can be mandated by the government, and delineates the way that this would need to happen.

Capt Gregory Prickett Yes... I read the "FOX" short article & just re-read it. This is my take on it...
..."The Fifth Circuit granted a temporary stay on enforcement of the federal mandate on Nov. 6, one day after the rule was announced. In its reaffirmation Friday, the court said the mandate "exposes [petitioners] to severe financial risk" and "threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects)."
What's your professional opinion?

SGT (Join to see) - I think that the OSHA mandate was an overreach and unconstitutional. I also think that there are federal statutes in place that can be used in a constitutional manner to support a vaccine mandate, without having to use employers to enforce it (which is just as bad as setting out citizens as abortion vigilantes). It also doesn't have to be under the Commerce Clause.

And by opinion, I meant the court opinion, not what Fox wrote. See BST Holdings, LLC, et al v OSHA et al. https://www.ca5.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub/21/21-60845-CV0.pdf
