To keep using Covid to spread fear and control the masses is criminal. Especially when over 99% of those who catch it will recover (See the CDC Key Updates for Week 25 https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/covid-data/covidview/index.html or more recent updates).
If people want to wear a mask to feel better… I'm good with that. I served 34 years in the Army so we could exercise our right to choose. But the government and sheeple should stop trying to force the rest of us to wear them out of fear. The gains masks provide, especially those most people will wear is none existent (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/coronavirus/in-depth/coronavirus-mask/art-20485449). Any gain from N95 masks won’t matter since 95% of the people who wear this mask don’t or won’t take the extra steps to make them affective in a public setting. The CDC tell us how to make our own mask but give NO data on the effectiveness of those homemade mask. Because they know a bandana would be just as affective.
It’s time to stop panicking and start living! I’ve had many brushes with death, near-death experiences, and know what it's like to be close to death. That and I have Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia which means I've got maybe 10 years left in my life. I'm not going to live it like I'm already dead. I can go tomorrow from something unrelated or yes even Corona. I want to live the time I have left. Not be worried of an inevitable end. Tomorrows not definite. I won't tell you how to live so don't tell me. That's why I served so we both could have a choice. Why are cities and states panicking again, closing down, and now making wearing masks the law? The government need to stay out of my/our health care and healthcare decisions and let me decide to best protect myself from COVID-19.
The relative sizes of a virus and other molecules is important. Especially since Coronavirus molecules are so much smaller than liquid and other molecules. I believe a picture is worth a thousand words:
Relative scales (or orders of magnitude) are the key. As beautifully explained by Palli Thordarson[3], the SARS-CoV-19 and most viruses fall under the “polio virus” size above.
Molecules like O₂ (made of two atoms) or CH₄ (made of five atoms) are about the size of “atom” in the same picture.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Thank you! I've been closer to death. One Bullet landed within 3 Ft of me. 10 years is quite some time. Who knows what technology will bring by then. The main thing is I've made my peace with it, my mortality and death (years ago). If it's time for me to go I'll go. If not I'll continue chugging along and making some people's lives better and others miserable. Depending on their perspective of me. Haha But definitely sick of this masking and covid scare BS. MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - We think alike. I forgot the mention I was in a coma for 12 hours once. My family was told I wasn't coming out. Yet here I am. Normally I wouldn't mind liberals and even agree with some of their platforms. But it seems with every day and year they get crazier and crazier and pull more and more left. Kill the support of independents like myself. Like that idiot stick Professor at Old Dominion claiming Pedophilia is OK... No matter how independent and neutral I am I can't find common ground with people like that.
