Iran nuclear talks are starting again. A lot has changed, and here's what's at stake

Talks to revive the Iran nuclear deal begin again Monday in Vienna. It'll be the seventh round of meetings between the United States, Iran, European powers and China but the first in nearly six months.
And a lot has happened since the last round to raise the stakes for any deal.
To recap, the 2015 deal gave Iran relief from economic sanctions in return for limits on its nuclear program. President Trump abandoned the agreement in 2018, reimposing the sanctions the U.S. had lifted. Iran responded with a public, step-by-step ramping up of the machinery used to enrich uranium — the nuclear fuel needed for a bomb.

Iran will not let the iaea come into their facilities. They probably have uranium at 60 percent and 90% is weapons-grade. This is Lieutenant General thinks it will take them about a year before they have a breakout so they are just stalling for time...

Israel is ready because we know they are on a death wish to produce a nuclear weapon to destroy Israel. They deny it but other parts of their government have promised to make this happen.
Israel has nuclear cruise missiles at the ready for Mutual assured destruction. Two years ago, Germany had not one functioning submarine but a decade ago they sold a few submarines to Israel at a discount price to make up for their genocide during the Holocaust.
