As I said in the other post you made, "Missouri is a permitless carry state as well as a shall-issue state".
The author is fear-mongering or else is writing for his exclusive club, "The 3 Followers (Sarmark)".
Additionally Kos Media, LLC is located in Oakland, CA, United States - NOT Missouri. However anyone can subscribe online so with no author's name or location they could live in Outer Mongolia for all we know.
