Gun Ownership Is Political Violence - The American Conservative

This is opinion sourced from a supposedly conservative organization. In the 1st paragraph is this statement; "In case after case, the Supreme Court has struck down attempts to limit this right, and seems poised to further expand gun rights next year.". SCOTUS is not Expanding "Gun Rights", it can't expand "Shall not be Infringed". It's purpose is to quash the infringements that have been heaped on American Citizens since the beginning of the 20th Century, one case at a time. SCOTUS can't legislate from the bench, they can however, overrule legislation that is unconstitutional as suits are brought before it. The doublespeak that fills this article made feel more angry than informed. A warning: Don't accept what someone is saying just because they claim to be conservative. Study what they are saying and decide for yourself the validity of their words.
